RITUAL
Mist gently around your body, energy field or space. Close your eyes, soften your breath and allow yourself to settle.
Use at the end of yoga or movement, before meditation, following bodywork or Reiki, or whenever you need a moment to integrate and return to stillness. It can also be misted lightly over your yoga mat before Savasana.
