Hi, I’m Connor.
I’m a Reiki Master Practitioner (Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage) and Craniosacral Therapist. I work with the nervous system to support regulation, resilience and the body’s natural capacity to heal.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing unfolds naturally when the body feels safe. Through my offerings I provide a quiet, nurturing space for reconnection to self, balance and deep nervous system repair.
I chose this path to create the kind of space I once needed - one that values slowness, safety and the body’s natural intelligence.
My Approach
My approach centres on creating a sense of safety in the body. Through subtle, hands-on or energetic work I support regulation and restoration by listening deeply to what the body is ready for.

We begin by easing the pace of the nervous system, creating safety through stillness, gentle touch, connection to self and deep presence.

As the body settles, awareness returns inward. Sensation, breath and subtle cues become accessible and felt.
From this place of embodiment, the body’s signals can be heard.
