REIKI HEALING
My Reiki practice draws from both Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and Holy Fire® Reiki, weaving these lineages into a gentle, intuitive approach to energy healing. Reiki works with the body’s energetic system to support deep relaxation, balance and a sense of connection — creating space for the body, mind and spirit to soften, restore and recalibrate.
Reiki sessions are offered in person and online, creating a supportive and restorative healing experience wherever you are.

CraniO-sacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is offered in person as a gentle, hands-on treatment that supports the body’s natural healing processes through light touch and deep listening. My approach draws on advanced studies in neuroendocrine regulation, visceral work and paediatric craniosacral therapy, allowing sessions to be responsive to the individual needs of each body.

I’m a Reiki Master Practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, Holy Fire® attuned, and a Craniosacral Therapist in training with advanced studies in neuroendocrine regulation, visceral manipulation and paediatric craniosacral therapy. I work with the nervous system to support regulation, resilience and the body’s natural capacity for healing.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing unfolds naturally when the body feels safe. Through my offerings I provide a quiet, nurturing space for reconnection to self, balance and deep nervous system repair.
